Events are available in our Tbilisi classroom, online or in-company, unless stated otherwise. Participants receive a certificate of attendance from the Aviation Training Center of Safety Academia. Prices are per participant and exclude VAT.

Crisis Tabletop Exercise
Test your emergency response plan around a table before a real crisis tests it for you.
Half day. Tbilisi classroom (open group) or in-company (using your own plan). Repeatable with new scenarios.
Who it's for: Emergency response and crisis management team members, duty and operations managers, station managers, safety and security managers, and communications staff of airlines, airports and ground handlers.
What you do and take away:
- Work through a realistic aviation crisis scenario that unfolds in stages, with new information arriving under time pressure
- Take your real roles: activate the plan, make decisions, set priorities and communicate
- See where roles, contact lists, checklists and hand-overs work, and where they do not
- Take part in a structured debrief led by the facilitator
- Leave with a short list of improvement actions for your plan; in-company groups also receive a written exercise summary
- Certificate of attendance from the Aviation Training Center of Safety Academia.

Crisis Management Workshop (2 days)
Two practical days to learn how an aviation organisation leads, decides and communicates when things go wrong.
2 days. Tbilisi classroom, online or in-company.
Who it's for: Managers and specialists who will join or lead an emergency response or crisis team: operations, safety, security, ground, customer service and communications. A good starting point before the full five-day course.
What you do and take away:
- Understand the difference between an incident, an emergency and a crisis, and how a response is escalated
- Learn how a crisis team is organised: roles, the crisis room, information boards and decision logs
- Practise decision-making under pressure in a group exercise
- Cover care for passengers, families and staff, and the first steps of communication with authorities and media
- Look at keeping the business running and returning to normal operations
- Take away templates and checklists you can adapt to your own plan
- Certificate of attendance from the Aviation Training Center of Safety Academia.

Executive Briefing for Accountable Managers and Post-holders
One day for leaders: what you are personally accountable for in safety, security and emergency response, and what to ask your team.
1 day. Tbilisi classroom, online or in-company.
Who it's for: Accountable managers, nominated persons/post-holders, directors and senior managers of airlines, airports, ground handlers and maintenance organisations.
What you do and take away:
- Clarify your personal accountability for safety, security and emergency preparedness
- Learn the key questions to ask about your organisation's risks, safety performance and readiness
- Understand your role in the first hours of a crisis
- Discuss realistic leadership scenarios with peers
- Leave with a one-page checklist for your next management review

Spokesperson and Media Interview Workshop
Practise facing cameras and journalists before you have to, ending with a filmed mock press conference.
1 day. Tbilisi classroom or in-company.
Who it's for: Spokespersons, communications and PR staff, senior managers and duty managers who may have to speak for their organisation in a crisis. Open to aviation and other sectors.
What you do and take away:
- Learn what journalists need in the first hours of an incident and how to prepare key messages
- Practise short on-camera interviews and handling difficult questions
- Take part in a filmed mock press conference based on a crisis scenario
- Review your recordings with personal feedback from the trainer
- Take away a simple message template and press conference checklist
- Certificate of attendance from the Aviation Training Center of Safety Academia.
