Emergency Response Management for Airlines

Emergency Response & Crisis Management5 days / 40 hoursAdvanced/Intermediate

When an aircraft accident or serious incident happens, an airline has minutes to activate its plan, mobilise its people and take care of passengers, crew and families. This five-day course gives emergency response managers, their deputies and departmental leaders the knowledge and practical skills to build, run and test the airline's Emergency Response Plan (ERP): the Emergency Response Organization, station and Go-team response, family assistance, staff training and exercises. A multi-stage emergency response simulation on the last two days lets participants practise under time pressure with limited resources.
