Crisis Management for Operators

Emergency Response & Crisis Management3 days / 24 hoursExecutive

Not every crisis starts with an accident. A cyber attack, a strike, a pandemic, a scandal or a cash crisis can threaten an airplane or helicopter operator just as seriously. This three-day course is about crisis management only: how the top team leads, decides, communicates and keeps the business running. Emergency response planning is covered separately in our Emergency Response Management for Airlines course.
